Loblaws Suppliers: Have you received an email from Loblaws and/or SPS Commerce about becoming EDI compliant? Did you know that even though Loblaws is partnered with SPS, you are free to use any 3rd Party EDI Service Provider of your choosing? We already have hundreds of Loblaws suppliers using our service to invoice stores & warehouses, send advanced ship notices, and receive various reports like debit/credit adjustments, payment remittance, forecast/promotional, activity reports, and others.

If you are using another EDI supplier and are not happy with their services or if you thought you had to use SPS and would like to switch providers, we can offer you a great deal. You will have to pay SPS a testing fee of $500, but the long term savings will be beneficial for your company.

Wal-Mart Suppliers: We now provide EDI services with Wal- Mart. We offer a software module for both direct store and warehouse suppliers. Using our module, you will receive the PO in the module and easily convert it into an invoice, thus eliminating the need to manually create the invoice. Dollarama Suppliers: We are now providing EDI services with Dollarama. We offer a software module for 810 invoicing. If Dollarama also requires other EDI transactions from you, we can develop them. Contact us for information.

As always, all of our services are pay-as-you-go. There are no minimal monthly transaction fees. We can also create custom plugins to automate your invoicing from Accounting Software such as Quickbooks, Sage 50 and Acomba. FSI also offers customized EDI services.
