Only users who will be manually entering credit notes need a template.
Create a Template
- Click on New → Loblaws Credit Note DSD → Templates → Create a New Template.
- Enter data that never changes. It can include the following:
- Supplier or DUNS Number: Suppliers who registered with us in July 2016 or later: Enter your Company's 13-digit DUNS number. Suppliers who registered prior to July 2016: Enter your 5-digit Loblaws vendor number.
- Department Number: The 2-digit department number.
- Confirmation Request: Check for "yes" or leave unchecked. Charges apply.
- Click on Save as Template.
- Give the template a name and check off New Credit Note.
- Click on Save.
- Click on the X or on Cancel to close the window.
Edit a Template
- Click on New → Loblaws Credit Note DSD → Templates.
- Select the template and click on Edit Template.
- Make the changes and click on Save as Template.
- Click on the X or on Cancel to close the window.
Edit Template Properties
- Only the template name and the options can be edited.
- Click on New → Loblaws Credit Note DSD → Templates.
- Select the template and click on Edit Template Properties.
- You can check or uncheck New Credit Note and you can change the name of the template.
- Click on Save.
- Click on the X or on Cancel to close the window.
Delete a Template
- Click on New → Loblaws Credit Note DSD → Templates.
- Select the template to delete and click on Delete Template → Yes.
- Click on the X or on Cancel to close the window.
