Create a Template
Only users who will be manually entering credit notes need a template.

Create a Template
  1. Click on New → Loblaws Credit Note DSD → Templates → Create a New Template.

  2. Enter data that never changes. It can include the following:

    • Supplier or DUNS Number: Suppliers who registered with us in July 2016 or later: Enter your Company's 13-digit DUNS number. Suppliers who registered prior to July 2016: Enter your 5-digit Loblaws vendor number.

    • Department Number: The 2-digit department number.

    • Confirmation Request: Check for "yes" or leave unchecked. Charges apply.

  3. Click on Save as Template.

  4. Give the template a name and check off New Credit Note.

  5. Click on Save.

  6. Click on the X or on Cancel to close the window.

Edit a Template
  1. Click on New → Loblaws Credit Note DSD → Templates.

  2. Select the template and click on Edit Template.

  3. Make the changes and click on Save as Template.

  4. Click on the X or on Cancel to close the window.

Edit Template Properties
  1. Only the template name and the options can be edited.

  2. Click on New → Loblaws Credit Note DSD → Templates.

  3. Select the template and click on Edit Template Properties.

  4. You can check or uncheck New Credit Note and you can change the name of the template.

  5. Click on Save.

  6. Click on the X or on Cancel to close the window.

Delete a Template
  1. Click on New → Loblaws Credit Note DSD → Templates.

  2. Select the template to delete and click on Delete Template → Yes.

  3. Click on the X or on Cancel to close the window.
