Suppliers who have a lot of credits would benefit from creating a product catalogue. This will save you valuable time. Follow the steps below.
- From the Summary Level window's top menu, click on Catalogue.
- Click on Add.
- Enter any data that doesn't change between credits -- normally the quantity and pack info remain blank since they tend to change. To view the list of which fields are mandatory and which are optional, click here.
- Click on Draft to save the product. * Do not click on "Save" otherwise the module will force you to enter data in every field.
- If you have another product to add, repeat these steps.
- Finished? Click on Save to save the catalogue.
Edit and Delete Products from the Catalogue
- To edit products: From the Summary Level window's top menu, click on Catalogue. Select the product that you wish to edit and click on Edit OR double-click on it. Make the changes and click on Save. If you are done editing products, click Save again to save the catalogue.
- To delete products: Select it and click on Delete. A dialogue box will ask you if you are sure, click on Yes. Deleted products cannot be retrieved. If you deleted a product by error, you will have to enter it from scratch.
